The hotel provided a great selection of adult TV channels, with a beautiful view of the lagoon from all rooms. The breakfast buffet was impressively large, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff, especially the spa professionals, the butler, and the party crew, were excellent and contributed to a wonderful experience. The property itself was clean and beautiful, with a DJ at the pool and a bartender at Secrets who went above and beyond to make my birthday special.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly amazing, going the extra mile to provide exceptional service. The facilities were top-notch, with beautifully decorated and really clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. We also loved the huge TV in the room, which had wireless screen share functionality. The hotel's location was great, with a perfect view in the sea side rooms and near the stores along Le Croisette.

The hotel had a stylish and renovated design that was truly impressive. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. the hotel was conveniently located, with key attractions and amenities nearby. We enjoyed the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, which provided a pleasant stay.

Our room had a poor view, overlooking an inner yard with a parking area. We found the room service to be lacking, as they only changed the bed and did not attend to other aspects.

The hotel is in a good location with a beach club and live music entertainment. The staff is professional and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast and food quality is great, and the beach area provides ongoing service.

The hotel is located near a noisy railway station, which can be disruptive.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. We enjoyed a relaxing day at the spa center that offers a wide range of beauty treatments and massages. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area were perfect for soaking up the sun.

Our only minor issue was with the room service breakfast, which was a bit overpriced and lacked the variety we expected from a 5-star hotel. the special diet menus at the restaurant made up for it and satisfied our taste buds.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is right next to all the shops of the famous Croisette avenue. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with great housekeeping service. Guests can enjoy an excellent dinner at the Le Palme d'Or restaurant and have the option of dining outside or inside at the Version Originale restaurant. they have the opportunity to relax on the private beach, although obtaining a sun lounger may be expensive.

Some staff members, particularly at the reception, lacked proper training and may not have understood or spoken English well.

Great location, well-maintained facilities, helpful staff, yummy breakfast, and spacious rooms. Inconvenience with reservations was promptly resolved by the friendly reservation desk staff. Enjoyed the special event on Saturday evening. Incredible view and convenient access to the beach. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.

I had an amazing time at Hotel Martinez, part of the Unbound Collection By Hyatt. The location was perfect, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that provides exclusive amenities. the service is exceptional, staff members are friendly and always available. the Spa & wellness centre is beautiful with a Sauna, and a heated Swimming pool that offers relaxation. the beach access is superb, with Sun Loungers, Beach umbrellas, and a garden area. We enjoyed a full body massage and a facial, which were both excellent and enhanced our experience. the location is perfect and our room was equipped with private facilities.

The only minor issue was that the breakfast was not included in the high-priced stay. the quality of the food at breakfast could have been better;

The rooms at Hotel Martinez, In The Unbound Collection By Hyatt were absolutely fabulous, with a stunning view overlooking the bay. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit in the room upon arrival, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathrooms were great. The hotel's location directly on the promenade was also brilliant. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk along the seafront and explore the city.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating. The renovations made the rooms extra large and the new bathroom remodel was impressive. The location of the hotel was perfect, right near everything in downtown Gatlinburg, making it easy to walk to all the stores and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.
