Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. Hotel facilities: The room had amazing features such as great lighting, an incredible shower, and a whirlpool bath on the balcony. Plus, there were beautiful views of the lagoon from every room. Location: This world-class resort provided easy access to the stunning Jamaican ocean. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was the largest we have ever seen, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Staff: The staff, including DJ Quan at the pool and bartender Dwayne at Secrets, were amazing and made our stay extra special. Special mention goes to Takesha and Jevon, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience.

It was all superb.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing, going the extra mile to provide really good service. The facilities were great, with beautifully decorated and really clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. We also loved the huge TV in the room with wireless screen share functionality. The hotel's location was great, with a perfect view in the sea side rooms and near the stores along Le Croisette.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. We enjoyed a relaxing day at the spa center that offers a wide range of beauty treatments and massages. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area were perfect for soaking up the sun.

Our only minor issue was with the room service breakfast, which was a bit overpriced and lacked the variety we expected from a 5-star hotel. the special diet menus at the restaurant made up for it and satisfied our taste buds.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is right next to all the shops of the famous Croisette avenue. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with great housekeeping service. Guests can enjoy an excellent dinner at the Le Palme d'Or restaurant and have the option of dining outside or inside at the Version Originale restaurant. they have the opportunity to relax on the private beach, although obtaining a sun lounger may be expensive.

Some staff members, particularly at the reception, lacked proper training and may not have understood or spoken English well.

Great location, well-maintained facilities, helpful staff, yummy breakfast, and spacious rooms. Inconvenience with reservations was promptly resolved by the friendly reservation desk staff. Enjoyed the special event on Saturday evening. Incredible view and convenient access to the beach. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.

The location was perfect, and the beds were comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that provides exclusive amenities. the service is exceptional, staff members are friendly and always available. the Spa & wellness centre is beautiful with a Sauna, and a heated Swimming pool that offers relaxation. the beach access is superb, with Sun Loungers, Beach umbrellas, and a garden area. We enjoyed a full body massage and a facial, which were both excellent and enhanced our experience. the location is perfect and our room was equipped with private facilities.

The only minor issue was that the breakfast was not included in the high-priced stay. the quality of the food at breakfast could have been better;

The rooms at Hotel Martinez, In The Unbound Collection By Hyatt were fabulous, with a fine view overlooking the bay. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit in the room upon arrival, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathrooms were great. The hotel's location directly on the promenade was also great. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk along the seafront and explore the city.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Gatlinburg, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The best aspects of this hotel were its excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The hotel was within walking distance of everything, including shops, attractions, and several good restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything right at my doorstep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

As for the worst aspects, I have no issues to mention. Everything was perfect during my stay.
